Pop-Up COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic Open On Campus From 12-4 p.m. Wednesday

December 14, 2021, 6:00 p.m. CST

COVID-19 vaccines will be available at no cost from 12 to 4 p.m. Wednesday through the Texas A&M Health Maroon Line Clinic, which will be stationed in the exhibit hall at Rudder Theater Complex.

Moderna and Pfizer vaccines will be available for first, second and third doses, as well as boosters (a full third dose of the COVID-19 vaccine is given to immunocompromised patients). Shots will be given only to those age 12 and older. However, a clinic scheduled for 2 to 4:30 p.m. Thursday off campus will offer the COVID-19 vaccine to 5- to 11-year-olds. The clinic will be in the breezeway of the Moore-Connally Building, which is the headquarters for The Texas A&M University System, on Tarrow Street in College Station.

No appointment is necessary for Wednesday's "pop-up" clinic. Organizers urge people to be in line no later than 3:30 p.m. to ensure they receive a vaccine.

Please bring your prior vaccine card (or, at minimum, a picture of it) for confirmation of prior vaccine timing, as well as which shot was administered. The card will be updated with the latest vaccine.

Vaccines Open To Family, Associates

COVID-19 vaccines for faculty, staff, students, their dependents and associates, including pediatric doses, are given five days a week at the Texas A&M Health Hub Family Care Clinic.

A booster shot also can be scheduled at the Health Hub, which is located at 2900 29th St., in Bryan.

You do not have to be an established patient at the clinic to schedule an appointment.

Vaccine times are:

  • Monday, Thursday and Friday from 9 to 11 a.m.
  • Tuesday and Wednesday from 2 to 4 p.m.
  • Call the clinic at 979-776-8440 to schedule an appointment.

Regular Campus Availability

If you can't make this week's "pop-up" vaccine clinics, Student Health Services is offering COVID-19 boosters to students, faculty and staff members throughout December.

On Nov. 19, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) expanded eligibility for all adults to receive COVID-19 booster shots. Booster shots should be received after a specific timeframe, dependent on the vaccine originally received.

Schedule an appointment to receive a booster shot online at If you are still in need of your primary vaccination, the same scheduling link can be used to set up an appointment.

Find updated COVID-19 vaccine information on the Student Health Services website.

According to the CDC, COVID-19 vaccines (including boosters) and other vaccines can be administered at the same time. If you have any questions, please speak with your healthcare provider.
