Anyone who has not yet been contacted by the Operations Center but who has tested positive should remain in self-isolation, monitor symptoms, notify close contacts if appropriate and complete the COVID-19 reporting process.

Anyone who has been in close contact or suspects they have been exposed to a person with COVID-19 should immediately quarantine, monitor symptoms, complete the COVID-19 reporting process and follow instructions given there, including seeking PCR testing.

Following is the three-step process:

Register prior to going. A personalized link has been distributed via primary Texas A&M email address. If you have not received a registration link, please contact your HR liaison or contact the testing team at Do not forward the link as it’s assigned to you.

Complete the health survey. After registering, a second email will provide a link for you to complete the health survey within 48 hours of taking the test.

Get tested by Jan. 22. Go to one of the locations listed above, or go to your own healthcare provider/testing site of choice.

If you get tested off campus, there’s a fourth step: Upload the medical or lab record with results. Follow directions outlined in your email with the unique link related to mandatory testing.
